It is the policy of the Nan Hai Group to comply with U.S. Export Control Laws. The U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control administer export control regulations that affect some aspects of our business. These regulation and control laws restrict certain types of information, technologies, and commodities that can be transmitted overseas to entities and individuals, including U.S. Citizens, or made available to foreign nationals on U.S. soil. Nan Hai products and technologies may not be sold, exported, re-exported, or transferred to any person or entity designated as prohibited or restricted by an agency of the U.S. Government.
